Our clients are diverse and each one has different needs and financial capabilities toward investing in professional development. We want to ensure that any organization who is seeking training can access the quality of development they deserve.

STRUCTURE: Each of our Training Program is made up of a combination of six or more modules based on the needs of the trainees, as directed by the client. All the training is completed in person in a classroom setting or using an online platform such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Hangouts.  Certificates of completion are distributed at the end of the Training Program.

EVALUATION: As our training programs are in-class, the evaluation of each of the participants is completed through the use of a workbook, the ability to answer questions through enquiry based learning, case study methodology and application, and finally through the creation of Next Steps outlines that become part of the participants tool kit.
